Monica Roman has been in the Human Resource field for the last 15 years, beginning in the recruiting field and over the years has grown in her career to expand her knowledge to all aspects of People Knowledge from conflict resolution, customer service, payroll, data entry, managing high volume data and transactional processing.

She is a mom of 3 and recently Graduated from Purdue University Global with her Bachelors in Business Administration. Working since the age of 16 in customer service, she has always been people oriented and is dedicated to taking care of not only those closest to her, but anyone she comes into contact with. A native of Texas, she is fluent in Spanish and her biggest dream is to travel to Barcelona, Spain for her birthday, but she just hasn’t made the trip yet, although she has traveled to Germany (3 times), London, Paris, Copenhagen, Brazil, Prague, and across many many states in the US.

Working with Simon at iLaw is a huge pleasure as she has seen him work hard over the years and knows he is the best lawyer for any job with the best team surrounding him.
